Behind our company is a young, dynamic team that has set itself the goal of measuring employee satisfaction, engagement, digitalization and workload in real time and enabling a continuous improvement and development process in companies through campaign pools. For this purpose, we provide employees with a tool that enables them to actively improve and shape their work situation by identifying improvement projects and fields of action through their own initiative. By processing the results in comprehensible infographics, managers gain full transparency about their organization in real time.

Your tasks:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will contact HR and marketing managers as well as managing directors in order to present our service offering to new and existing customers. You construct individual campaigns for companies on psychological issues and thus expand our campaign pool.

Your profile:

- You are preferably a graduate in psychology or business psychology - You have first professional experience in the field of personnel consulting or sales - You distinguish yourself through your customer-oriented and independent way of working - You are interested in the topics of personnel and customer satisfaction - You are confident in the use of MS Office applications
